I'm done interacting with human beings since apparently all I do is annoy everyone

Everytime something bad happens to me it brings to mind other bad experiences as well. Then when all of these past experiences are in my head, I feel guilty and horrible and my whole day is just ruined because I can't get all of my mistakes out of my head...

Oh and I'll probably get some guilt from just posting this
