I never used to believe in ghosts, and I don't really now either, but... a few months ago we moved house, into the one I live in now. It is very old, built some time in the 1600s, and is literally right next to a really old cemetery - it is built into the cemetery wall, and it is very beautiful; I don't find it creepy at all - but I have seen some things that are... weird, to say the least.

At first, it was just that feeling that I was being watched, and that was easily ignored. Then I started seeing these white orb-type things out of the corner of my eyes, only at night, and I just ignored them, passing them off as a figment of my imagination. Then one night, it was roughly midnight, I went downstairs into the kitchen and saw this black thing, I don't know how to describe it, gliding across the floor, and unlike the other white orbs I was looking straight at it for at least a second. I thought it was a mouse but it was too big and completely silent, and it was way too small to be a rat. It was about the size of my fist. I don't have the faintest idea what it could have been.

I'm still not that scared. I don't really mind that much, as long as nothing really creepy happens - but it would be nice to hear some theories from people who know a bit more about the subject.

i have seen blurs of black and white out of the corner of my eye, and then it moved onto seeing the block figure of a person.

I believe that ghosts are the leftover energy of when a person dies. Ever notice child ghosts are usually brighter, move more, talk more, and do more? Well, children have a lot of energy- older ghosts are normally faint, non moving, and don't talk a lot. Those hooded figures- demons, really- they are powerful from the start, sucking out energy from some people when they die- that's why the people don't become ghosts and the demon can do a lot- even make things move without touching them.

its true, i have been talked to by a child, i have heard laughing, i have also seen my 16 year old cat, Rupert, he was very slow and so was a my granddad, when i saw him.

Now I'm all for discussion, but all the images you've posted are plainly photoshopped. I could photoshop a picture right now and post it and it would be just as convincing as these.
The angle of the lighting is wrong as is the position of her hand, it was layered improperly. You can see the frocking around the fingers to, where the pixels were faded in. That image is really, really low quality for a reason, because if it was in HD anyone could see it was a fake.

some will be fake, but as i said before we never know for sure. And if you are a non-believer then you will always find a way to say that its not real. Its what everyone does.

Labeled under Real Ghost Pictures and found in Tremont, Illinois, some construction guys snapped this photo with a camera phone. The story goes that they were hired by the new owners of the home. According to them the lady who lived there had passed away nearly 3 months before. They had been working on the house for 2 days and the house is completely vacant.

It’s strange. Assuming the story is true then this is an amazing piece of evidence but if this is true then in reality this would be blockbuster proof. What do you think about this one?

UPDATE Jul 24th, 2012 – We’ve attempted to find more information about this particular photograph. We’ve been unable to turn up anything or even find contact details of anyone involved. While some of you say that little old lady is “too real to be a ghost” it still leaves one to ask if this is a real ghost picture.
