Creepy, it could have been scared of dogs when he/ she was alive.

{ possibly. but my other question was.. why is the ghost there? but I kind of have my own answer. possibly, it was our old neighbor. he never liked dogs and he was a bit afraid of them. and he just died suddenly. it could be him or a previous owner who was either bit by a dog and died, or was just afraid of them and died in that house.

Ghost will generally haunt thoses close to them or places where thay liked before thay died.

There are many explanations as to why there are noises at night, things dis-appearing and re-appearing, and even creaky or creepy noises. Most of it is all psycological and I for one do not believe in ghosts.

I have moved house about 2 months ago, and there has been ALOT more goining on than just a harmless bump in the night.

Firstly, my bedroom door has slammed shut in my face, i have heard something clawing at it, and it keeps opening and closeing, i saw a two little girls, one, in my bathroom, she was wet through, after i saw her, wet hand prints have appeared on my bathroom wall, and one on my door. My dogs refuse to enter certain rooms and will growl and bark at thin air. Me AND my mum have both felt a hand touch are backs, my dad has also heard voices ((and my parents have NEVER believed in ghosts)) and when i was home alone, i was sat on the sofa watching a movie with my dogs, when i suddenly heard what sounded like someone moving furniture, convinced we were being burgled, i crept upstairs, ((brrom in hand and dogs in hot persuit)) it was coming from my parents room, i went in and there was nothing in there, and my dogs whined and backed away from the bedroom door. Scared silly i ran back downstairs and rang my dad to come home, as soon as he walked through the front door the noises stopped. I ALWAYS have the feeling of being watched, i have also felt breathing on me and heard my name being called, but what makes it worse is that i have woken up with cuts and stratches all over my body, mostly of smilely faces. It is now getting to the point where i am too scared to enter my room alone, or even be alone.

I've decided that I don't believe in ghosts. I don't think that the line between the living and the dead is anywhere near as thin as that. I know there are plenty of things in this universe that we don't understand, and there has to be an explanation for all this weird stuff. I just don't believe that it's being caused by dead souls.

thats what alot of people think, i guess you just have to experience a spirit to really believe in them.
