Is there a way to search partial words?

Say I was in a game with someone and they gave the hint, Chow Chow to find an item in their posts. The answer was a species called Chowlin. I searched Chow and all it gave me what their hint post.

How do i search words containing the word I searched?

Unfortunately I don't think there is a way to search for part of a word when using this.

I've tried it here and there using a couple of letters, but I've got nothing unless it had been a typo.
