Don't listen to trolls. Their only purpose here is to annoy and offend people. If you let them make you angry then the troll wins. Ignore the troll and they die.

Clintonio is okay, but a shoddy server in my opinion. Better off with using grumpybumpers or random-image.net. I use both of those, though grumpybumpers doesn't work for avatars on some of the sites I use. I've used all three of those, and had the worst experience with Clintonio. I'd go for the other two - random-image.net DOES have a hit limit for your images - if the signature has 2000 hits, it gets shut off until the next 24 hour period starts. I had problems with some of my buddies on another forum in that they sat on my userpage and refreshed to see some of the avatars I had (the rotator had several hundred at that time) - and then they'd make me run out of hits for the next while. Stinkers.
