Why does everyone in Skyrim out in the wild or on the road have to want to kill you?
Like, I randomly find a bandit camp, walk in; "Hey guys, how's it going? AHGOD ARROW IN THE FACE!!!"
I walk into a cave and some random guy whips out a dagger and tries to gut me.
Why can't I just talk to these NPC's and form my own bandit army and overthrow all of Tamriel?
But NOPE.
*sighs*

You mean it's possible for it to snow, thunder, and for lightning to occur during the same storm? I WANT. I WANT THAT STORM.

But of course, in my area it's biologically impossible for it to snow, and most thunderstorms just pass us by without even a spark of lightning, while surrounding areas get a spectacular lightning show with background music (a.k.a. thunder) to go along with it. ;A;
