I was super excited to have some time with my bestie today. Just me and her for an hour or two, but once again things changed last second. I feel like every time I get excited to see her, something comes up, or someone else that I'm not comfortable with is going to be there, too.

I'm not comfortable in large groups, I'm happier with one on one situations, especially when it comes to catching up with a friend that I only get to see once or twice a year. ;_; And even more especially now when things are so crazy in my life; my brother is ill, my grandmother is in the hospital and likely won't be leaving--I really could have used just a little one on one time with the one person I feel I can speak my mind around. I guess that's what I get for being friends with such an awesome person; she has a lot of people that want to see her when she comes home and not enough time to do so one on one. otl.
