Why are there so many teen pregnancy roleplays!?
WHY would you want to roleplay that!?
If you get pregnant in your teens you shouldn't be proud of that...
I'm actually kind of disgusted by them...
I feel like I'm the only teenage girl without a baby (which I know isn't true, but so many people where I live are just popping them out like they're nothing, I swear to god)
I'm just worried it's going to make the younger members think it's cool to get prego when they're teenagers...

This, this, this a million times this!
I'm not getting pregnant until I'm married, so I know if I raise a baby, my husband will help.
Plus, it's just morally wrong to just give it away in your teens...in my opinion...
I mean everyone makes mistakes but why role-play it?! DX

Probably because there's lots of drama involved, and that's what role plays are all about. It provides an interesting plot.
Just because some people on a forum role play teen pregnancies doesn't mean kiddies are going to think it's okay to have babies at that age. If they're still that impressionable their parents really should not be letting them on the internet at all.
Two cents.


Anyway. I wish I had somewhere to draw privately. The only computer with a suitable mouse is the one in the main room where my mother is, and I really hate drawing in the presence of someone who can see what I'm doing. Not that she pays attention, but it's still awfully uncomfortable.

I just think role-plays could incorporate drama in a different way than...well...yeah. That.
I'm just saying that I wouldn't write in one. Everyone has their own opinions on how to create drama in a roleplay.
I guess as long as there's no detail or whatever when you-know-what happens, or when the baby is born, I suppose it's fine.
All I know is that I wouldn't do that or make my characters do that, because I'd be afraid that if I got pregnant my boyfriend would dump me...
Or my charrie's boyfriend would dump my character, and she'd be all alone trying to raise a baby...yeah...

To each their own, yeah. I'd never participate in one either, I'm not a fan of them in general, but I don't think they're as awful as a lot of people make them out to be. C:


Sort of kind of related, many people seem to underestimate the intelligence of the average preteen. Sure a lot of them are insufferably thick-headed and whatnot, but I've met some kids years younger than me who are smarter and more well-mannered than I am most of the time.
