It's not actually, a font, they're symbols. Most of those are Greek letters, you can find them and lots more with (on a windows) by using the character map, you can find it by going to all programs>acessories (>system tools- I'm pretty sure mine started out in the plain Acessories bit, but seems to have migrated to system tools.. but it would be worth checking there too.)

well some of the letters are Greek but also some of them are backterfront. I am sure there are a couple of websites that do this sort of thing but I don't know what websites as you are going to have to look for it on google or whatever search engine you use.

I once viewed a page written in those letters amd google translator said
"This page is in russian. Would you like to translate?"
