Adobe Dreamweaver CS6.

It's...useful...but it adds SO SO SO much garbage coding and jumbles coding to boot. If that softwear messes up...it's a horrible nightmare to fix.

I'm having such a hard time trying to override my CSS rule like it should do, but it's not.
And design view is hardly reliable with divs. :C
