Parents are bashing me for my role models.
(Kelly Eden, Blake Bliss, Austin Carlile.)
She said Kelly Eden has piercings and bright hair and tattoos which ruins her, and she saw some of her pictures of modeling and said she looked too scantily clad.
So she now tore my poster of her from my wall. -.-
Here's her biography and why she is my role model.
Kelly Eden Biography- "Kelly Eden is an alternative model, fine artist, and tattoo artist from the metropolitan Denver area. Accepted into the prestigious Denver School of Arts in high school, she graduated with an arts-endorsed diploma. Immediately after high school she took on an apprenticeship with a tattoo shop and one year later she became a licensed tattoo artist. During Kelly's employment at the tattoo shop, she
was discovered by a series of photographers who were instrumental in introducing her to the modeling industry.
Within the short span of 5 months, she was able to expand her modeling career to new limits. Specializing in high fashion, runway, glamor, pinup, and other forms of alternative modeling, Kelly Eden has become a multifaceted talent in the industry, as versatile as she is accomplished. Now attending Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, she continues her modeling career while remaining at the top of her class, excelling to the Dean's list during her senior year in college.
Then she said Blake Bliss has tattoos and piercings as well which ruins him and that he's too feminine-like, she said his music is too depressing and that I am trying to depress myself and trying to get attention. -.-
Why is he my role model? Look at his bio!..
Blake Bliss Biography-
From the detached world of iTunes and YouTube comes a jolt of genuine emotion. Blake Bliss, the award-winning musician (featuring Tnon and Thibs backing Blake’s vocals and guitar) has been recording, performing and winning awards since 2006. But what demons did he face on the road to success?
Blake was born near Toronto, Canada, where school was a place of fear, bullying, and name-calling. Blake turned inward and struggled with chronic depression for a decade. Music helped heal him. With only an acoustic guitar and his own true voice, he let out his feelings -- first alone, and gradually to a constellation of other people, drawn to his dulcet tones and poetic lyrics. But devastated by the suicide of three friends, Blake turned to Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw, a former Tibetan-Buddhist nun, to help him take responsibility for his thoughts and feelings.
Now Blake shares his learning with others in need. His social network, CompassionandPeace.org provides information and a forum for people in trouble. He gives talks as a motivational speaker, and performs annually for the Carnegie Future Aces Foundation. He is an anti-bullying activist, a trained ASSIST suicide intervention counsellor and works with the CMHA to promote awareness of mental health through his charity the CAPAOC.
His music videos (on YouTube channels BlakeBliss, BlakeBliss2 and SeperatedByFew with over 100,000 subscribers) are enriched by accompanying videos. With his porcelain features and a shock of jet-black hair, viewers are encouraged to feel that as part of a larger collective they no longer walk alone.
He uses the SpiderCapo (made by his sponsor Creative Tunings) to create innovative guitar tunings. His single “Constellations” (2009) won the Multinational Songwriting Contest. His first albums, “Betrayal Inc.”, and “Letterbox Black,” and his recently released “Your Demons Cry” are attracting growing acclaim. The new Gathering Ash live EP was released for 2012.
She also says Austin Carlile is a bad influence for a picture of him and a girl, dude. It doesn't matter!
Just because he has piercings and tattoos doesn't mean he's a total A-hole!
And his music is apparently "Devil's Music." So when I played Second And Sebring it's apparently telling me bad things.
When in reality, it's about his deceased mother who died from a heridal desease which he now has.
Austin Carlile's bio-
Carlile was born in Pensacola, Florida. He moved to Ohio during his teenage years and remained there until his 20s, but currently resides in Hollywood, California. The song 'Second and Sebring' refers to the place of his mother's death. In 2010 Carlile endured open heart surgery leaving him absent from Of Mice & Men for over a year. On May 28th, 2010 he had a "valve sparing aortic root replacement" surgery, and was in the hospital for over a week. With the help of his wife (whom he married February 26th, 2010), and family, he began the long three month road to recovery. After daily medications, physical therapy, dietary changes, doctors visits, and rest, his health started taking a turn for the best. During this recovery, the label, Rise Records, contacted him about making music again. One of the many reasons he had the procedure done, was to be able to perform on stage again, but without fearing for his life in the process, due to the once enlarged heart valve. So, he jumped at the offer, and opportunity, and signed with them once again. His website (
http://www.austincarlile.com) was launched 8.26.10, and states to update often as he continues with his musical endeavors. No one knows what 2011 and the future holds for Austin musically, but friends, and fans can be sure to stay informed there. After two bands, 3 years, open heart surgery, and over 100,000 records sold, Carlile continuously proves that he will not be letting up anytime soon."
(And she's still telling me that he's only producing more music for money.
So what if he is? He loves his fans!)
UGH, parents, stop bashing me for my things! </3
