Well, except one of my two rp partners hasn't been on since the 22nd, but she's started high school
so I can imagine why.

I finally managed to roll my 'r' when saying the spanish word for thirty, treinta.
I have no idea how I did it, but I know it'll never happen again.

At least you managed to do it once. =P I've only been in Spanish class for four days, but I'm already frustrated I can't make the double r sound. ;-;

my spanish 2 teacher told me that rolling the r is genetic. some people can, some people can't
and actually not everybody can roll their r's so don't stress over it.
and if you're in spanish 1, you sure as hell can't roll your r straight out of the gate unless you're extremely talented.

Yeah, I'm in Spanish 1. I didn't take it last year because I was too scared to. xD

I think I can roll my tongue, I'm just not sure exactly how to do it. Err, I do know how, but I can't do it right. And I know I'm acting like a nutcase but it sounds really cool. =P
