Well, if you have a flash drive, I know how to get SAI onto a computer with a USB stick. You just save the ZIP file to your USB stick then unzip it on to the computer with no internet. My drawing computer dunn got internet, but it has SAI.

save the zip file (what you download) to the flash drive.
unzip the file on to the other computer (drag it off the flashdrive and onto the desktop to unzip it) and run the installation process.
