Dubstep and Heavy Metal/Screamo Music

I love heavy metal, Screamo<3

My favorite band of all time is 3o Seconds to Mars, witch they are a light-screamo band. But still. Hawt.

I also like Korn, Evenessnse, and so on... PapaRoach and 3 Days Grace are my other favs, but the arnt really Heavy. Are they? O.o

I don't know any screamo songs from 30 Seconds to Mars. Evanescence, Papa Roach and Three Days Grace are mostly considered rock, and aren't very heavy, no. Korn is metal and might be considered borderline screamo in a few songs. I like Korn.

I really like dub step I think it is really awesome but most of my closest friends can't stand it I really like Skrillex, Pendulum, Knife Party and more tho some dud argue that the 2nd 2 rn't actually "dubstep"

Well, 30 Seconds To Mars do do a few screamo screams, but yeah, they aren't really screamo. And Evanescense and Korn are Nu-Metal ^.^

It's kind of unknown to me, I have only ever heard some of it, But the songs I have heard are By skrillex and Skillet. They were good, But not as Good As Rock!

Dubstep makes me want to throw myself off a building, I really don't like it at all. It's just annoying to me, I've only heard a couple of songs but really that's all I could handle. I'm used to listening to a lot of music that people can't stand; like honestly a lot of the punk bands I listen to are just noise rather then music and it's still a million times better then dubstep. Sorry but that's my opinion. That genre is a huge NO for me.

Techno and any dance music also bugs me, same with mainstream pop xP
I like some indie pop bands but the stuff on the radio is horrid.

I'm not a heavy metal fan. I don't mind it to much but I really don't listen to it a lot. Screamo is a weird thing for me I go though phases were I love it then the next week I hate it. I have a good amount of it in my IPod but it's more post-hardcore type stuff. But when I'm in my 'screamo' phases it's great to block out teachers with, I think that's a huge part of the reason I almost failed math a couple years ago. lol

That's all I can think of at the moment. I'm a punk, pop-punk, indie rock, alternative music lover mostly.

I honestly dislike both.
Dubstep is okay, I don't hate it as much as I hate screamo. I like some remixes, like Bassnectar's remix of Lights by Ellie Goulding. But that really, really hard dubstep.. terrible. When it comes to screamo, though.. it makes me feel angry and I don't consider it music. Screaming into a microphone may be hard, but there is nothing melodic about it. It gives me headaches, and I just really don't like it. I used to like it, and I don't know why. I really don't. Stupid phase. I dislike heavy metal a lot, too. Never liked it.
I like pop-punk and indie. I'll also listen to some mainstream stuff. My favorite band is fun., and I listen to a lot of Tegan & Sara, Grouplove, All Time Low, Miike Snow, Cage the Elephant, that sorta stuff.

Heavy metal has changed over the years. I prefer the heavy metal from the 1980's. Like Mötley Crüe, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, Metallica, etc. I don't know what nowadays is considered heavy metal because I really dislike it.

I don't listen to dubstep but I guess it is okay...
