I pulled a muscle in my arm and now it hurts to move my hand.

We took my puppy to training classes today. Her trainer was sick so another trainer took her place. The subsitute trainer was horrible. Thank heaven Trixi already knew the commands, or else we would have been screwed. I feel bad for the other puppies and owners in that class.
