Ok, that man who stalks me? I was laying down in my bed sleeping. I heard a noise and woke up. He was in my room! He was in my sock drawer! Does he like stinky socks? I bet I gotta couple of them for him them!

Ok maybe this is another connection he might have been related to you or one of your relatives or even one of the other ghosts you have seen all you need to dois a little research, find out his name stuff like that is he a good ghost or is he bad? would he be able to cause you harm? WHat would he want?

Ok stay calm they will know if you are scared it may not be really happening you might be daydreaming or it is really happening and you have to stay calm do not make any noise though

Calm. If it is a Spirit, they must want to tell you something, something that they obviously will benefit you. By feeling scared and trying to frighten them back - well, for one thing it is disrespectful, and for the second it won't help in the slightest. As I said before in my previous post on here, the majority (I believe all of them, but obviously I cannot be a spokesperson for the Departed) are here to help us, and they don't mean any harm. If it is truly a pure Spirit of the Departed or other fauna, it will not hurt you; most (for obviously, as said above, I cannot speak for all) wish to guide us through life. Most are our spiritual helpers.
Of course - not to be disrespectful - but it could be a very realistic hallucation or another sort of thing of that genre. By screaming "HALP ME" isn't going to help them or you. If they truly are a pure Spirit of the Departed or another fauna they will not harm you, and only wish to draw your attentions to something that they wish to show you (which will benefit you in the long run).
Also, as an added point, I do speak from an educated view and I work with Spirits regularly, so please do not say I don't know what I am talking about.

Over all I agree with pandora. Calm down, do some deep breathing. With the choping noise.. Are you in a wooded area? If you are it might have something to do with it. Some beings are rather attatched to trees, and there are more mundane explinations as well.

Well the shadows have returned and there are littlemspeckles of light, i've also noticed the 'man' shape tends to appear at times when there is stress in the family, it's a comforting feeling and I think it is my grandpa, he died when I was two, but everyone always told me he thought the world of me, and IN also seem to be the only person who see's/feels anything like this now... apparantly I've always been sensitive to his presence (we go and visit his grave) and have always had encounters with him, though niw I'm older it's more sensory than sightings...

e.e I keep hearing knocking on my door, but I live in a deserted area. Also it sounds like the door is opening and closing and I hear murmurs, but nobody is awake and I'm just sat here like onop

{i used to always hear a piano when I was home alone. I don't even have one.
But since my dog died I never heard it anymore. And his spirit is still in our house and I'm sure of it. I hear his whine and sometimes bark. And one time my dog didn't jump up on my bed, and I saw an outline of my dog there. So he is the spirit in our house now. It's not very scary- maybe a pleasing thought that he's still here. And my dog will growl at the corners of our rooms- mainly my sisters cause my old dog slept there.
