Depends.
I only enforce mine when someone quite obviously broke my rules, which it even says.
If someone sends a perfectly fair trade or says they aren't sure and are willing to negotiate, I don't bother enforcing it.
It's stupid to enforce a codeword and cancel when someone sends a perfectly reasonable trade or a suggestion to work out >.>

I don't get it either O.O
I only use Codewords really when I'm making a non-semi-lit RP, and am curious to the -ahem- noobishness of the role-players joining my role-play.
But in Trades, that seems kind of odd.
