Why am I so paranoid?

Bleh..
How much I really love my boyfriend and Im afraid that if he ever gets the chance to get his ex back he wont hesitate to leave me :/
That's the impression I got when we talked about it the other day and I dont want it to happen..
I wish I knew what to do to help him move on and realize that he has me and doesnt need to be stuck in the past..
To add to it, Im terrified to not talk to him for less than 20 minutes because of certain issues and right now, he has yet to respond to any of my texts..
