You don't need any form ^
Most of my friends are runners but the ones that aren't think I'm nuts.

These two guy hurdlers with a rivalry did that during our last home meet. The shorter one was...aggravated (to say the least XD)Dawnfire; wrote:That wind is horrible. Good thing she stayed on her feet! ^^ I don't do the hurdles, but I watched this one girl from another school trip and fall over one. She finished the race, though, so that I was good, but it looked like it really hurt.

I did that. Had a messed up leg for a week after falling T_T.

It seems all I do is share hurdling stories.
One girl swerved into my lane b/c she messed up her steps in the 300. I was...panicked to say the least XD. And another teammate tends to lean when she jumps but we've just taken to separating ourselves in lanes to make sure she doesn't bother me.Fjord Horse Lover wrote:I'm going to regionals on thursday!
Yay!For what events? And gluck!

I am/was a high jumper untill I really hurt my hip when I landed wrong. Now I am afraid of High Jumping again because of it.
Any ideas on how to get over my fear?

I hurt my back a week ago in high jump. I was scared of the bar, then I completely restarted high jumping.
Start jumping without the bar. When your comfortable with that, put the bar at the height of the mats. After your comfortable with that, raise it 5 centameters at a time.
This worked for me.
