Yeah for the Jr.High distance which is around 2.1 miles...I think...I wish I could make those times xD But I probably am going to stop running altogether.

Currently, I haven't run track but I plan to start this year. Our school's season starts in February.
I'll proably be running middle distance; though I don't have times for those events my last mile time 7:40...

Haha it's ok, my first mile went from a 7:30 to a 6:07, it's just a matter of a LOT of practice.

Are you kidding? When I first sarted the mile we run at our school may be a bit longer than a mile but I could barely get it under ten minutes xF It was sevenish last time I ran it.

Sevinish isn't too bad, considering I know some people who took fifteen minutes to finish their mile :P.

Fifteen through upper sixteen were my first few times when I started xc in siiixxth graade....??? I dun remember xD

Well, no matter how slow you go, you're still going faster than people on the couch. (I saw that somewhere....I thought it was funny)

I am considering starting to condition for track next spring...but I will most.likely be thrown into the 2400 :c I still am not sure.

I think you should start now, my team started a week or two ago, and the sooner you start, the sooner you can get in shape!
