Awkward question,
I like a boy a lot, and he's my best friend. But he likes my other best friend as well as me. He says he loves me, and my friend. She was just having a mini rant about him and me and her. What do I do if we don't know who he truly loves?

Okay so i will admit it i am going into the sixth grade (idc if the world knows -.-) So apparently they are going to have a dance! And i know i know, i should be exited but i dont think anyone will go with me cuz

1. I AM THE BIGGEST DORK in the whole school, i stutter, get distracted in class, and im pretty much the WORST at sports D:
2. All my guy friends have a girlfriend, so i cant go with them or it will be awkward >.<

should i just go with my friends? idk...
I have one more question though..
For my whole life i have been doing what i call
"The baby chick has to wait for the her older brother to cross the river before she can try"
meaning, i cant do anything unless my brother already has >.<
He doesnt have a girlfriend yet, and he is heading into collage in two years..
My point is i am scared to get a boyfriend (even though i dont like anyone that much yet) cuz
1.My brother hasnt had a love life yet
2. My parents would KILL ME! D: especially my dad he is soooo protective of me, and he treats me like im still 7
>.< idk what to do! I want to be treated older then i am! Even my guy friends who are only a year older then me treat me like a little kid, and im SICK OF IT i mean COME ON im almost 12! a long time ago people were having babies at 12! oh and just so you know a LOT of sixth graders at my school have boyfriends, it not to unusual it just my family loves babying me.

Since you're just entering into the sixth grade, I don't think you really need to worry about a boyfriend quite so soon. It may seem like a lot of your friends in your grade have one, but you're still young and you have your entire life ahead of you. If you don't find someone now, most likely you will later on in life. I think it varies because when I was in sixth grade, almost nobody had a boyfriend. So, I don't think it's necessary to be comparing yourself with others. Young relationships like these tend to not last that long anyways. For the dance coming up, you can go with one of your friends. I wouldn't see anything wrong with that. :]

And for your parents, I'm sure that they just want the best for you. Maybe you could try telling them how you feel.

Personally my parents have a set age where I can date, I'll be that age this year, and honestly you don't want to get into a relationship at such a young age, it's not worth it. Maybe talk to them and ask if they have an age set when you could date and talk to them on it

I had an awesome day yesterday

I didn't get to see Will, but like everyday we talked. from getting up to going to sleep.
And I went lake swimming yesterday with my friends James and Arely.
It was this HUGEEE Lake in the middle of the country, you had to climb down a short cliff using a rope or to jump off the ledge was absolutely BEAUTIFUL.
Well, on my way down into the lake, I slipped and scraped my side all up(it's all sorts of angry red and a little swollen) well I told him, and he did his usual "I'm always worried when you go do something out of the ordinary. You always have new bruises and cuts and everything else when you come home(Last time was 4wheeler riding, a stick caught me in the ribs)' And how he cared and just didn't want to see me hurt.

So when we finally got home, he asked me if it was wrong that he felt a little jealous. Because James could appeal to my country side and he couldn't really give me that. It made me laugh. And I told him that even though me and James were making plans for the next two weekends to go mudding and all this stuff, I could never see James as more than a friend, and I've made it plenty clear to James too(My guy friends just never take a hint if I'm 'single')

But I think it's just adorable that he's a little jealous, and that if I were hurt he'd drop everything for me. I love it
I'm really beginning to feel like he's mine again.

I would suggest that you can ask him one on one who he actually likes, but the answer may come out as you already know it: that he likes both of you. :3 You could also try to observe how he acts around you, your friend, and others. Body language can play a big part in this. ^^ However, there is a possibility that he actually does like both of you at the same time. I know a lot of people who have several crushes at once, so it does happen quite a bit. Either way, don't hurt your relationship with your best friend over this guy. It's not worth it to become rivals or enemies for this.

Me and my boyfriend are going to different schools and everyone is saying its not gonna work out!!! We've seen each other Practicly everyday of the holidays and we talk all the time! I agree, I'm in high school and I have never had a boyfriend in my life. My mom never dated until she was in college. (Not saying you should do that, it's good to have some experience dating) Especially considering you don't have anyone you really like yet. Going to dances with your friends is perfectly fine, and if you are scared of getting a boyfriend, I don't think you are quite ready for one yet. Wait until someone you like comes around and have a mature talk with your parents at that time. Try to understand why they are being protective. My parents are also very protective of me but I explained to them that I was old enough to do things such as have boyfriends and that if I ever did have one, I would be mature and responsible about it. (Not doing a certain thing before marriage, not letting it effect my grades, etc.) Of course, now every time I talk about a boy or something my mom thinks I have a boyfriend XD
