Any Suggestions?

Hiya! So tomorrow im going to the Arizona Future City Competition along with my team. I will have to wake up at around 6 in the morning on a Saturday! -.- Anyways! I want to prepare all my stuff now so i dont have to do much tomorrow but the problem is, i dont know what to pack up. Can you help me by giving me suggestions on what to pack up and take?

Its not a sport, Yo have to build a city that is 150 years in the future, write an essay, write a narrative, play sim city 4, and present to real engineers
