People who just let their dogs roam around freely, and wonder why their dogs get hit by a car.
I nearly hit one driving back from my dentist, in the pissing rain.

I get it, some dogs have too much energy so you have to let them out. But for Christ's sake, keep the dog in a fenced in area, or on one of those extremely long leashes that people have attached to their houses. Or maybe let try taking your dog on long walk, so it wont have energy, just don't freaking let it wander around. It's ridiculous.
