oh my gosh the younger version of myself who lived and breathed bath & body works (and still kinda does lol) is screaming after finding this thread! my fav perfume that i've found to date is ariana grande's 'sweet like candy'. i discovered it after i got a sample-sized kit of the full collection as a christmas gift when it first came out, and i actually just ordered some more tonight because i was missing it c':

i also have my own sort of niche question, but it's less about perfume and actually pertains to a body wash. years ago on a whim, i picked up a body wash called 'love forever' by caress and absolutely fell in love with it. however, they discontinued it shortly after i found it, and i've never been able to find another body wash or perfume that lives up to it. i've tried their other scents, and while they're nice, they aren't the same. the best way i can describe the scent is like a mixture of floral and dark berries, but it was absolutely heavenly and the scent lasted quite a while after using it. if anyone is familiar with it and/or knows of a similar replacement (either body wash or perfume) please share!

Did some snooping around on the internet for you - someone out there was awesome enough to provide a scent notes breakdown for Love Forever, so that was a really great frame of reference when hunting. Here's one I found that you might be interested in...

L'Edition by Elle (2018) - top notes: mandarin orange, freesia, pear, lemon / mid notes: peony, peach, lily-of-the-valley, jasmine, rose / base notes: sandalwood, musk, cedar

Described by others as a floral-fruity scent aimed at a younger demographic, seems to be a little heavier on the florals. Lots of comparisons to Envy by Gucci (though this one is described as a sweeter smell) and Chance by Chanel. Good longevity, some people say it starts kinda chemically but dries down okay, others mention an "off" note that they didn't notice until they wore it at home. Very low pricepoint, though, so likely not a bad blind buy.

omgg i cant believe there's a topic for this :') i live and breathe perfumes/body sprays !!!

my current daily combo is britney spears fantasy (intense vers) with a bit of eau de couture by juicy couture, and the guess wild flower body spray :P in my bag i have christina aguilera by night for on the go (i have the day one too, but it's not my fav >__<") !! i wanna go back to tk maxx and get more though, their deals on perfumes are soooo good T^T i tend to go for perfumes with a fruity/woody top note as citrus isnt really my thing ^o^

im a bath and body works megafan for their body sprays, and i gotta say their best one is, ironically enough, japanese cherry blossom
sooo many memes have been made of it, but its popular for good reason

this is so true, honestly the only bath and body works sprays ive ever invested in are the cherry blossom one and petal parade. none of the other ones really stand out to me that much unfortunately :')

Recently I went to the mall to go fragrance sniffing with my friend and I’m OBSESSED with Aerin rn. Ambrette de Noir easily was my top fav, but I want to get a sample for Cedar Violet to have something a bit more feminine to mix with my colognes

I’m also on the hunt for some green “robotic” scents I like as an everyday thing which is proving to be a little hard since it’s too niche of a subject (and a lot of companies aren’t big into metallic smells LOL). Hoping I can get a Cyber Garden sample soon to test it on the skin but otherwise I’m a little lost on that front

hopefully this isn't gravedigging, but I've started getting more into fragrances lately and remembered this thread existed! >0<

my go-to daily scents (depending on my mood/the fit) are el creativo's copal de terre, target's not another cherry, and amorphous (formerly black baccara) perfume's 90's goth!!

I work in an office, so I usually go for an oil as opposed to an EDP and I'm a big fan of bergamot, sandalwood, and incense smells (my brother got the gourmand-lover genes).

in terms of my most recent fragrance, I preordered amorphpous' the creature scent and am excited to try it, since I like woody, smokey, scents, but have never really tried a scent with animalic notes!

For as long as I remember, my go-to perfume is Turquatic by MAC !! It has always been decently priced and the scent is beautiful + lasts all day!

my current daily is one I actually found out about on Tiktok, but it's incredibly well priced and smells amazing. It's theArd Al Zaafaran Yara!

Butttt, my other favorites (not daily wear, but I will grab them for important work days or events) are:
