all the feels. i'm gonna explode.
my old crush emailed me today. omg i feel so happy <3

we used to be good friends, until he had to go to boarding school. it made me really sad, not just because i was crushing on him, but because he was a great friend. he always made me smile when i was down, and his jokes were hilarious X3 he was just really fun to be around.

and then i thought we wouldn't be friends because i think he found out that i liked him. but he never acted like anything had changed, and that we were still best mates. but he did start to get a bit closer, and was a bit more open towards me.

and then something awesome happened. it was a school disco at the end of the year and he came up to me, and we hung out for a while. towards the end of the night i caught him looking at me funny, and i thought he was going to ask me out. he said, 'you know, i really like you. and i was wondering-' and then his stupid mother came up, and heard what he was going to say. his mum didn't want him dating so she demanded that he went and sat in the car, so he gave me a hug and then they left. and i think that i was the reason that he had to go to boarding school.

that was the last time we talked.
well, until today.
i hope we can see each other again soon <3

i think he was, but just to make sure, maybe you should ask him something along the lines of "hey, so what were you gonna ask me that night?"

Well maybe you should say "yea your like my best friend" or just a simple yes. If he's like ew or what ever then just think wow jerk because he desired to play with your emotions. But he might just smile because he feels the same way.

K so I just got back from a thing I had at school where we just like, played games and stuff and my somewhat old crush (Somewhat as in I still kinda liked him) was in my team. One of the games was where we had 3 newspapers and using them we had to get our whole team across the room. The first newspaper was full and it was just Jaxson and I and so I told him to hop on the next one. Me being wimpy and it was far away I was either going to ruin it for everyone, or friggen' jump on Jaxson. I jumped and landed on the newspaper but I looked and I saw that I was... hugging Jaxson XDD Wellll... He pretty much had no reaction whatsoever to it and just kept on going. Throughout the night I was also touching him a lot and still, he had no reaction to them. Last year he let me pet his hair a lot too...
Does he just think of me as a friend and didn't think anything about me touching him or do you think he likes me and kinda enjoyed it

I'm not trying to be a downer... But if he notices and doesn't share those feelings for you, there isn't much you can do to change it.
I went through this. (this guy is my boyfriend now) But I got to the point before we started dating that I'd rather continue being friends with him than completely lose him.
If you want to hear things that you can do about it other than what I wrote above.... I guess don't act so 'friend'ly. Be more flirty. Find the fine line between completely being yourself and leaving a little bit more to the imagination.

I have a few things to worry about, really. Ever since this one guy came to my school, everything was fine. I guess you could say that his appearance has changed my life in some way. As days went by, I realized it was very difficult for me to step outside my comfort zone to speak to him... mostly because I liked him much and didn't exactly know what to do at the time.

My friend helped me speak to him and it was just a casual two-phrased conversation of your everyday "How are you?" statement. I thought after that everything would be fine and I'd be able to finally go up to him by myself... I was wrong and I ended up giving him the impression that I was a shy and somewhat clueless person. I regretted ever going up to him that second time because I felt completely awkward when I approached and left without a word.

My friend gave him my number a week after and we began texting each other. I told him who I was and such and everything was fine. However... it did change unexpectedly. I literally couldn't text him because I was afraid I would mess everything up. It came to the point where I had to show my friend the text I wanted to send him to see if it was alright or ask her what I should say, and if not seeking her help, I would hesitate and spend minutes upon minutes thinking of what to reply to a simple question... Our conversations gradually became awkward and it has been driving me insane. I don't know what to do anymore, and I like him much. Is there anything I could do to break free from my fear of conversing with him? Any advice on how I can start a friendship with him at least...? We aren't exactly friends considering we don't talk to each other... though every once in a while he may randomly ask for a hug of course.
