It used to be the same as my instagram account, "katiepop21" but after an unfortunate event I had to recreate an instagram account. I decided to include my nickname "Kat" and the first initial of my last name, "X". Did the same with my snapchat. So KatX stuck after a while, but I wanted it to be longer and cuter. I have no idea how but the word "sugarkat" just kind of sounded smooth for me, and so here it is
