Anyways... @Toppyrocks: That's awesome! The Arabian I currently ride I've been riding since last June, but working solely on dressage since September. It was amazing how she struggled so much with coming into the connection for months but then just a few weeks ago she seemed to get the idea. That's great how much you've worked with her!

I'd suggest looking beyond the coat colour as well. ;3 Find a healthy, nicely conformed horse that suits whatever you'd want to use it for, that'd suit any of those coat colour demands too. So I'd say it definitely depends on what kind of good horses of those colourings that exist in your area.
