I have a black Cat [female] named Tootsy, a Jack Russel and Labrador crossed with something called Smokey [male] and Mitzy [female]. I also own two Goldfish called Bob and Phil, a Canary named Cinammon [male], a Leopard Gecko called Spiro [male] , a white Ferret called Lightening [male] and an Arabian horse called Spirit [male]. I'm so lucky!

I have 2 dogs, an akita (female) named Kira and an Australian shepherd named Bandit. Kira's a fluffball, I call her my walking teddybear, and Bandit's energy incarnate. he also looks just like a border collie, but he's not.
I also have a cockatiel named Snowflake, but she doesn't like me at all. (sob) Used to have another one named Sunshine, but he's gone....

Out of curiosity what does one consider a cat who believes it's a dog and plays fetch, chases it's tail, doesn't meow, wears a dog collar because he always tries to take off cat collars but is okay with dog collars and eats everything?

I would call it a cat with severe mental issues!
