I'd say take it to the vet first to have it's health checked(I'm not sure in what age they will need shots and wormer, but vet can tell you that also). The vet can also help on determing it's age and probably give tips on what to feed it and such. Also having the cat microchiped at the same time may be a good idea if you plan on keeping it. (:

To add on: Check in with a shelter to make sure no one's missing any cats. If you are keeping it get it neutered and chipped. Cats have a knack for getting outside and getting their collars off. Only a small percentage of lost cats make it home but with a microchip that percentage goes up. A vet will also make sure you know how to take care of it.
You'll also need to make sure you kitten proof your house. The best way is to get on the ground and crawl around looking for anything that you don't want them to play with, wires, and anything dangerous in general. For the first few days I'd recommend keeping it in one room as it gets used to it's new surroundings.
