Possible, but likely he bought a cat that was called a purebred Persian and a purebred Turkish Angora and bred them, vs actually buying a real purebred. Neither of those are cheap breeds and can reach into $1k or more per kitten. If he did not pay that or make you pay something similar, I would highly doubt if they were actually purebred. As said, unlike in the dog world, anything without papers or known pedigree (meaning more than just parents, but several generations back) is not considered purebred or a known mix.

When I get older, and move out and live on my own, my dream is to own a long-haired white female cat with blue eyes. I don't care about the breed but I absolutely love cats that have those qualities. <3 I am so jelly when I see people with a cat like that. I must have one. <3 :3

billy white cats with blue eyes can be born not able to hear and would take alot of work and might be skittish, you wouldnt be able to let her out as she could easyerley become prey to dogs or cars

I know that white cats with blue eyes are more likely to be born deaf/become deaf, but I'm completely ready for that. And she might not be skittish, not all cats are the same but if she was, I would do all things necessary to make sure she would be okay. Besides, I live in the country and there are barely any cars that come by my house and I always chase down my cats and keep them in for the night. ;3
