Aleaha loves to watch birds, and will 'chirp' and do cute 'Rrr' sounds that are high pitched. It's adorable. I love my cat so much too. She is athletic, majestic, and as sweet as southern sweet tea. I wouldn't trade her for a million bucks. She is one of a kind. Loves attention, but flails around if you hold her too long. She comes when I call, is a curious little girl, and goodness... her big eyes. Those eyes are always so expressive. I can tell when she is open for play, when she's tired, annoyed, pissed.... I can read her like a sketch. Every bit of emotion with every curve of her face, the exact look in her eyes.... It's like a language.... but more physical than verbal.
I'm pretty sure no one here can say they don't love their cats. Our pets are our family... maybe even a bit more. You learn about them every second. Sometimes you find out something new, or reminisce on something old. Cats are just one part of our family, and Aleaha fits perfectly with her butt-wiggles, her lashing tail, and her playful bats.
Now....our boys have never really played. I used to have a bouncy ball I tossed down the hall and Tang went after it... but that was long ago, and he runs away from it now. He's more interested in food, and back scratches.
Thomas was only for cuddles and food. Now, he's gotten old and senile. I miss having him all fat and curled up with me. Kinda makes you realize they aren't going to be around forever....
