My cat will be 14 next month. I have owned him all my life. His name is Salem Saberhagan. Salem for short. He's sitting next to me now. I just took this pic of him on my tablet. :3

Butterscotch and Jigsaw were just sitting on the windowsill in our kitchen going crazy. Just outside the window was a male and female cardinal sheltering in a bush. They were both making those little noises cats make when they see some animal outside. At one point, Butterscotch stretched up along the window, like she was trying to reach the birds. It was pretty funny ^^

Apparently, Niles can now jump on top of the entertainment center. I did not realize this. He nearly gave me a heart attack earlier. Also, he recently discovered he can jump on top of the counters. Our food is no longer safe from his grubby little paws! D:<

I have two 17 year old cats, Gus (brown-black tabby runt boy) and Sam (white cat with big black spots girl). Because of their old age, they have become mentally retarded

They both meow like there's no end and have a crazy look in their eyes .-. But they both recognize me, at least <3 They are like my second set of parents XD


Gus.. is an interesting case... he has eosinophilic granuloma, a disease that makes his heart 2x its normal size, and that and his stomah are on the wrong side of the body... he;s a tough cookie ^-^ He also bites anyone he doesn't know XD

Kaluha's kittens, who are all dead now, as well.



I don't really want to mention this cats name. But he is dead now, too...



And this is my baby, Tigger <3 I love her very much. She is the only cat I have had that hasn't died within a month or so.




As you can see, I have a long history with cats...I could mention about three others: I had one that was killed by an owl
, another one that was killed by poison, another one that was killed by my dogs, and finally one that died when she was a kitten, it had digestion problems. It isn't that I didn't take care of them, I guess I don't have good luck with cats.
But now I have Tiggy <3
And i am glad that I do.

We have had no luck with cats either...
Mishka - Put down due to some immune disease, 1 year old
Charlie - ran away, not sure why.... 3 years old
Tumble - Paralysed legs due to blood clot in back and failing heart, 3 years old
Ritz - stuffed up pelvis stopping him from going to the loo properly, only had him for a week as he was a stray from the vet i work at

I now have Ruffy ( tumbles brother ) who is 4 and Archie who is 11 weeks
