Now I have even more motivation to get an -A or an A in algebra. Not only would it make me feel amazing to get an A in such a hard class and with umm a lets just say not the best teacher XD But I just asked my dad if I got an A in my algebra class (which I am taking a year in advance ;D) if he would consider buying me a horse. Sadly the answer was no, but he told me that we honestly could not afford it :( So now there is no use in looking anymore, since before I thought that he just didn't want to or didn't trust me but now I know the reason is because we can't afford it.

But the awesometastic news is, I asked him about another alternative. If I got an A if I could do a big rated show. Surprisingly the answer was a 'Yes!' 8D He asked me if I really thought I would be able to do that and not be afraid of nervous. I said yes, and he said if I really believe so, that he would let me. He said he will even ask my trainer on Sunday, when he comes to my lesson, about if she thinks could do an A rated show or some of the big rated shows around me! 8D Wow I am excited, since I never told my trainer my goals of competiting in Maclay Regionals then Finals or Devon or WIHS.

Ahh, I wish an A in my worst class was the way to my own horse, but it can't be that easy, can it? I'll hopefully be doing some showing this season, at least a few schooling shows off-site, maybe a multi day show at one of the regional ones in my area. Good luck with A rated shows!

Well, it wouldn't be like that for me in any other class, since A's for me are fairly simple to get and obtain xD I usually am a straight A student but algebra is the only class my parents will make an exception for  It's just hard for me, and well lets just say I know a lot of people that are very unhappy with our teacher and his teaching styles xD It's not one the way to my own horse though, just bigger shows.

That would be awesome if you could do multi-day shows! That's exactly what I want to do if I can get an A in algebra :P Hopefully I can do A rated shows, we aren't sure what my trainer has to say. I think it will be a yes since she has said some pretty awesome things about me and my riding. It will be awesome to get that OK or yes from my trainer -- that's the true test!!

I am trying to upload videos from my last horse show, we will see how they turn out. If I do upload them I will post the links for sure ;D

You look like you lean quite a bit forward, especially at a canter. I dunno if it's that rock out of the seat at the canter, or if you flap yoru arms, but that seems a little off too. Other than that, you look good though.

I'll occasionally canter in half seat in the over fences courses that's probably why xD I do rock out of the seat, since I do not flap my arms at all. Thanks :) It was my first time over 2'6" fences during a show -- remember that too. It was almost exactly over a month ago~

You definitely did great! It looked really good, other than rocking out of the saddle occasionally. You look really good on Woody, too <3

Thank you very much <33 I really do apperciate the critique especially from a fellow rider ;D Yeah, I am not sure why I did that -- I'm guessing I was cantering in half seat though xP D'aww thanks again :)

Hopefully I corrected all of my errors by now, but I guess I will find out next Saturday when we show at 2'6" again :3

Gwesse what?
On Thursday, my mother talked to the farm owner. We found out that it's $780 a month for boarding... which includes lessons, training, feeding, turnout, worming, vetting, and farrier appointments! Which is a really good deal. Anyways, the owner is going to watch me ride on Wed. and see if there is a horse at my skill level for half-lease. Eeee, yay!
