Today I saddled up,and rode on the dirt road/roads.So I see another rider, which you like, never see,I guess because of the heat. She she came up,and remembered me from when I had first gotten Chance, and had been riding him in the ring. She asked about him,and then we went on.So later I turn around, and follow her,she turns her horse around and asked if I minded her riding with me,so we did<3 We galloped together, and her horse's name is Lakota. It was pretty fun, other than they fact that i'm really shy at times, but I talked more than usual around people xD We rode and talked some, she came to our house and saw Izzy and Bella. She use to ride with Storm and his past owner,so she knew Storm. She said her and Storm's past owner raced Lakota and Storm, and that Storm usually won xD I loved galloping, but Lakota was slower. Then,a puppy got to close and got stepped on,she cried so much and then ran back barking, she was holding up her leg,but she was ok.Then she had to leave because she had to babysit,I wish we could ride again, hopefully we'll run into each other again.Years ago we use to take dance lessons together (she's older than me) and so she wasn't a complete stranger, but it was so long ago that I don't really remember anything. It was fun though, finally someone to ride with<3

Thank you<3 I thought so to,to make a friend or see a past friend at least, who owns a horse.Well I don't know if she would think of us as friends or not.I'm so glad a could ride with her though,I guess because I like ''making'' friends, even better when horses are involved.I wish I had friends who lived on our street who owned horses, but on the bright side maybe I can ride with her again, and one of our friends from school lives near us with horses.I can't wait until we have another ride with like 100 horses like last time, better yet, last time everyone was camping out right around our house in the fields, you can imagine how much fun that is.Expect I had to ride....Jesse,ugh.We didn't have Storm at the time,in fact,Storm was ridden in the ride with his past owner.
Oh,I was also told jumping western won't hurt the horse, but it could hurt the rider with the horn,so I might start jumping again,he usually only walks/trots over it anyway.Only like a foot though,i'm not going to take the risk even though he said it was alright.

I love horses, they are adorable and amazing animals.
But I quit three years ago or more (?) when my best friend and horse died.

I miss him.
I'm better so I think soon I should try to practice equitation again.

I had one of the best lessons ever yesterday. I rode one of the smallest ponies, Tico. The last time I rode Tico, wasn't the best and my instructor warned me he wasn't good for that exercise. But this time I got to jump him, and I was so excited because I know when Tico jumps he pops up like spring and he will jump even the smallest jump like its 4 feet tall. So we did this jump course first at the trot, then we cantered it multiple times. For the last time my instructor asked us if we wanted to jump the cavalettie at its full height (I don't know how tall, but its as high as the cavalettie can go xD) and the first time we had to trot it. But the second time we were allowed to canter, so of course I wanted to canter it  After we landed the jump I heard my instructor cheering and going crazy, and then she told me that I did it perfectly, and that it was the best she's seen Tico canter a jump, even better than the more advanced girls that ride him. So I was and am extremely proud :3 <333 I LOVE Tico now <33

I will never forgot all of the amazing times we've had together.
Enjoy your new home and promise me this, that you will never forget me, as I will never forget you.

Haven't posted on here in a while...

I showed recently. I scored a 61, although it really should've been a 63. I used my voice to get a good transition, and the judge heard, so she put it down as a rider error. Technically, they aren't supposed to do that. I didn't mention it though, because if she had put it down under the movement, my score would've been even lower.
I was quite happy though, because my mare behaved beautifully. The last time I showed her, she threw a bucking fit right in front of the judges. I was not amused that day. She's so much better now though. <3

Right now, I'm looking through some photos someone took at the older show. There are some really nice action shots of our drill, two of me warming up (my form is absolutely awful, my elbows are everywhere.) There are also a few of me in the ring, but thankfully it was during a walk, so there are no bucking pictures. ;)

Christine: The lesson sounds like fun. :3

Back from the barn. I had to ride Harley-Butt. xD Not a fan. I seriously think that he has mental issues. He loves holding his head at this incredibly sharp sideways angle, and he always sticks his tongue out so it flops around when you are riding. ><
My friend might be trying a horse! A paint! 8D He is dark bay and white, 16h, trained in Hunters. But he is pretty far away... our trainers are seeing if he'll be coming up on the local show circuit soon though, maybe she could try him then. :)

I"m excited for the Hunter Derby next Sunday. Pretty much everyone from the barn is going xD Then the next weekend we have a show. I'm not sure if I'm going to ride in it or not though. ._. Because I'd have to take... Harley. D: Because Imax isn't fit enough yet, Bubbles is only like 12 hands, Gregg can't jump, Uman will be gone, Lulu is insane...

I might half lease this horse 8D OH MY GOSH. He is kinda far away, but my mom and I feel in love with him.. well, his picture. We are going to see if I can go out and see him. http://stlouis.craigslist.org/grd/2557684798.html
