Contar, a handsome hunter. He is very monthly and likes to lick people. He also loves cats and broke my watch by bitting it a ripping it off my hand. He is again not mine, but I love him so much.

I had an awesome lesson this morning. Today I rode Cookie the pony again, she is so fun. We did a lot of jumping which I love to do, especially on her xD My instructor set up some verticals and crossrails for me to do and at the end of the lesson I did them as course. But my instructor told me that sometimes Cookie likes to throw her head after the jumps, and she said that her daughter (who also rides Cookie) can't handle is but she said that she knew I could. Anyways, the first time she did throw her head it wasn't that bad because she just did it once and I took control which my instructor said I did an awesome job of. Then after jumping for a while she did it again but worse, when we landed the jump she threw her head multiple times and then started moving to the right. I guess I just sat up and didn't panic because I could have fallen off, but I just ended up on her neck after the third or fourth throw of her head So I just went back and did the jumps again~
I was very pleased because my instructor kept on telling me what a great job I did with her, especially because she would speed up before the jumps but I would keep her at a consistant pace :3 So I am very happy~

Didn't have a brilliant lesson today. :/
I was back on Chester, but he was pretty tired from doing some cross-country yesterday (Obbie bashed his leg out on the course, which was why I couldn't have him) and I think I kind of made that as an excuse for letting him get away with not working well. Although it didn't help that I was wearing my thick new jumper over my shirt and body protector, so I was boiling, but I didn't want to stop and take it off because I'd need to take off my hat and wriggle out of it. Which would take a while.
So, for no real reason, I was nervous today. I kept leaning forward --like I do when I'm worried-- and just generally was pretty out of it. Maybe I was just tired, but I'm not sure. We did some small jumps from a trot, because of Chester being lazy and me not being firm enough with keeping him in canter.

Dissapointed in myself, especially since next week is my last lesson with my instructor before she goes to Uni. :c
Hopefully we'll have a good lesson and I'll be happy to either go into a group --not likely-- or have private lessons with someone else. I'm hoping to change back to Sundays, since my old instructor doesn't teach on Saturdays and I'd like to have someone I know, and who knows me.

My Drill Team is heading off to the fair today for a demo. (;, gonna be so many people, I'm so frickeen nervous. But I know Bob'll be a good ol' boy for me. But I think I'll be happy to have spurs on anyways.

My sister is going to ride with me later,as I usually ride alone<3 But anyway,when I told my mom about me falling off again,I told her he was breathing hard,and she said he was upset that I was on the ground.So I dunno xD My baby<3

Last lesson when I was grooming him I noticed that he was all scarred up around his back legs and croup. </3
He was covered in small little black scars, plus two really deep ones that I couldn't help but notice dried blood. ):
I wanted to cry so badly. The poor thing, he's really old and he doesn't need any more problems in his life. </3
