I would say Dutch or Rex. They are very nice bunnies that will love you easily. It's good bunnies to start with.

I have a dutch and a rex, and they 2 of them are easy to take care of. They also are very calm. Lionheads will have to be brushed every day. And personally, I don't really like them... But it's not my choice.
