i've surprisingly never had this issue with any dogs regarding the weather. another reason
why i don't pad train any puppies we have. pads were only used for crates during crate
training for easier clean up. While Piper and Loki don't seem keen to go out in the rain,
they know the drill or they hold it. Kasper will literally sit in the rain and enjoy it if we
let him. The Dachshund and Beagle on the other hand, have to be forced outside in some
cases but do their business and come back inside.

i've met plenty of nice chis that are trained and very well tempered, heck, my sister got
one from the gov. shelter that was friendly as can be but didn't keep her not fault of her
own. and i've also met both large and small dogs that are completely untrained and overly
annoying because their owners cant train their dog and find their behavior to be funny so
it goes both ways. proper breeding and training goes a long way with any breed.

I think my oldest cat stole the first Nylabone we got for our Aussie. We can't find it and Morty my cat seems very interested in new one. I didn't think cats could pick up a Nylabone but I guess I am vastly underestimating cat jaw strength. This wouldn't be first time our oldest cat has taken adog toy

Thoughts on Nulo grain-free food? We’re thinking of switching the kids over.

Sorry I just really hate chihuahuas I have never met a nice or friendly chihuahua who didn't want to tear my hand off. They are okay with their owners but other dogs and people nope.

I blame the breed itself as they can be like this even if handled properly. They are just really prone to issues behaviorially.

Not really a nice thing to say that you hate a breed....that is like when you hate people because how they look or talk.
you may disklike some dogs you know because they are mean to you, or that you may fear them...but hate is a really not nice word.
Do you really know all of them, did meet them at there home or walked and did play with one, or just meet some scarred unhappy dogs who bark or act up because they dont know bether.... :?: ;)

(and i know more med to small large dogs with behavior problems right now then small, some small Terrier are even working bether and with more fun...)

It is not always the dog but often a owner, who does not train there small dog, or fear to hurt them when they try to train them because they have such tiny bones, got a new recue dog, or dont know how to train a small dog the right way or that small dogs Need work and trining like big dogs....., when a dog is well breed, taken care of good by the breeder and then owner they even the small breed can be or become well trained nice dogs. There is a known Chih who is trained and used as search and rescue dog who did find people in desroyed houses bether than a big dog, because how light they are on there paws and small, some are used as sd dogs to help owner with medical problems or are nice companion dogs, or go to old or sick people to make them happy for some time a day....

you just have to train them like the big dog but with more of there bones, and not say that they are so small that they are cute when they do stupid things, or push them in a bag or crate because it is more easy than with a big dog who behaves the wrong way.... give them work to do, play with them, work there brains and dont carry them in the arms or bag all there life.....

yes there may be terrible inbreed dogs, or from bad breeder or home, or those who have problem with brain and so are real danger, or are just scarred, or mean because it is more fun and easy for them...but never all are bad from one breed.

I would love a long haired chi! They're so cute, and I know with proper training they can be great. Sadly people who get small dogs are often uneducated on their breed, and they don't train them, They think a yippy dog is normal for the breed, and since they're so small behavioral problems are often over looked, because when a chi bites, little to no damage, vs, if a labrador where to bite Yknow?

I want a snuggle buddy chi sksksks. i want so many breeds. i need to make up my mind.

If you’re ok with talkative dogs try getting a dog that’s part of the hound group. Or a husky their pretty vocal too.

Here’s my snuggle buddy Rachel. She’s a chubby beagle who loves to sleep.

@ zonbi. looks similar to my girl though she’s lost a bunch of weight and has saggy skin now. i agree, if you want a talkative dog, beagles are fun.

Hello! I have a rescue dog named Cassie and for about 9 years we’ve wondered what type of Breed she is. We think she’s a German Shepherd mixed with a Belgian Malinois but we aren’t 100% sure. We also aren’t 100% sure that she’s 9 but we have a feeling that she is around 7-9 years old. We can’t find out her age because she gets so nervous and tends to snap at people if they pet, look, or speak to her.

I’d really appreciate if you could tell me what type of dog she is! Thank you! :)
