you should be able to feel your dogs ribs and hips while putting slight pressure on your dogs body
But you shouldn't be able to see ribs and hips.

Your doggo probably isn't underweight, But if shes dropped to this weight quickly you should consult a vet.

But yes, you should be able to feel, but not see bones.

Wow! That really put me at ease, you can feel her hips but definitely do not see her ribs or hips. I feel much better about my pupper now. I still will get newer pictures of her for anybody who is interested in seeing her. ♡

glad I helped!
I can feel my dogs ribs while petting him, and i can see them when he jumps and runs and such, but he isn't underweight, hes actually very healthy!

Plan to stack him today because its been awhile and we've been doing some weight pulling. (Veryy light) and hopefully hes put some muscle on, but you never know.

I also have extra money and i dont know if i should spend it on agility stuff, or address the fact that i need new clothes. Hmm.

Aw, look at him go! Love the tunnel, where did you get it. I think I'd add a pot of gold at the end of that rainbow.

It's actually my youngest nephew's tunnel. His momma brought it out for him to play with but he didn't want to so we were trying to get the dogs to do it. Killy took a bit but he's the only one that would do it. the other too are not so sure.

@Kira thanks :)

So. I did 100% have my heart set on adopting a shelter dog.
And I told myself that I was not going to get suckered in by puppy eyes ...
But when my friend showed me a listing for some kelpies in my area I was absolutely suckered.
So yeah:

As for names I am stuck between Hugh, and Gambit.

Also - which reasonably priced puppy wormer have you found to be best?
So say goodbye to the old, and hello to that rainbow road ...

    I think it's around the £200 mark if I remember right, maybe a bit less though depending on the size of your dog.
