How many collars do your dogs have? I feel like I’m drowning in dog collars

Trumpy currently only has his normal collar, a prong collar a chain choke collar (we never use that one because it's to big and we don't really need to use it) and then we still have one of his old collars he outgrew, I forgot what it's called but it tightens if he pulls.
Oh and he also has a harness.
So only 2 that we actively use

all three dogs have one collar, one harness, and a leash to go with it.
i occasionally use a long lead and e-collar [ only for the beep ] when
doing off leash work to grab attention should there be a newer distraction
they haven't been exposed to and the verbal command is ignored.

hello everyone! apologies for the poor image quality, I'm not very good at taking pictures so this is about the best I've got...I'm partly here because I wanted to show off my little cuties haha, but I did also come seeking some advice! I'm looking to teach my dogs some trick(sitting, laying down, etc) but I'm not really sure how to go about it. I've heard it can be bad to train them using treats because then they'll come to expect one every time they do it, anyone care to refute or perhaps give me a better idea of what to do? thanks a bunch in advance~!

you could try clicker training or just using a word to mark
the behavior like yes and reward with treats. once they can do the specific
trick, slowly move away from treating each time they do it, and then you'll
slowly be able to do away with the treats/toy. kikopups has a lot of good
videos on youtube regarding training should you need help with the basics.

too many.... They change out every now and then. xD it's bad. I have storage bins full of dog stuff. It's useful when I get a new dog though!

I have a few because Piper likes to take them off which leaves teeth marks over the buckles...I'm debating on switching to bandanas which she loves
