I want to work on getting my exotic animal license as soon as possible. I live in the state of Pennsylvania, and I have the rules of the animal section of Pennsylvanian Laws embedded in my brain. But I am not sure where to start to get an animal license!
How do I get one? Where do I go?
How long will it take?
How old do I have to be?
My future plans are complex. But owning exotic animals will be strictly to save a species or to help an animal that was given to the wrong people.
Can anybody help???? I will explain my plans to anybody interested.

How will you owning an exotic animal save a species? :D
According to google, getting permits in Pennsylvania is very difficult. You need 2 years of experience in an accredited facility with the animal you want to keep. You need a letter from your municipality saying you're allowed to keep these animals. You have to have your facilities checked by the game commission before they'll give you a permit.
