What pets do you really want?

Idealistically,
If I could have ANY animal as a pet..
it would be...
A reindeer.
Because they're beautiful. And can be ridden like horses.

Semi-realistically,
I really just want a horse.

Realistically,
I honestly don't really want the responsibility of having any more pets. ^^'
There's enough wildlife where I live anyway, so I see plenty of animals regularly.

Ahh, for sure rats.
I've wanted two or three for a while now, done months of research, and can afford a cage / food / toys but I'm just afraid if they get sick I won't be able to afford vet bills :c

Parrots are one of my absolute favorite animals and own two myself (cockatiels) one bird that I'd love to own is a galah parrot! I'd name him/her Kirby since they're both pink <3

I'd also love a dog or a cat of my own! We have a dog, but he's more of a family dog and technically my brother's. If I could choose breeds, for cats it'd be a ragdoll while for dogs it'd be a corgi!

I would love a border collie or an Australian shepherd, because most of the time they are famous such as the border collie that knows 1,000+ different dog toy names. And the many other border collies that can do unbelievable kinds of tricks. Not only are they smart, but they are absolutely adorable and floofy. But that is only at the time I can get one, which may be soon! Whenever I can get a new dog, 95% it'll be either a border collie or Australian shepherd! Unless another dog steals my heart of course <3

As for cats, I've always adored ragdolls, they are super lazy and floofy. There isn't a big chance I'll get one, but whatever cat I do get, it has to look and/or act super cute!

And as for other animal species, I'd probably get a snake or guinea pig. Guinea pigs because I have some right now, and they are just so floofy and cute that there is a chance I might get another later in life. Snakes because they just amaze me so much that idk, it'd just be fun to have one! feeding it wouldn't be fun

Definitely a silkie chicken at this point of my life. A fluffy, soft chicken whos breed has been known to be friendly and affectionate? Heck yeah.
If things work out and we can move into a trailer that'll be our own and not rented, it'll be sooner then I usually think to get one.
I like the idea of a chicken being more of a pet then a food source anyway. Their eggs are to small to make a decent meal if you only have one.

Realistically? Dogs are one of my favourite animals, and I've been researching them for years. I'm sure that one would be the perfect addition to my family.

Unrealistically, I'd adore a ferret. However, my mom is terrified of rodents, so if I got a ferret, I'd have to move out first lol.
