I guess I'm having both of my dogs sleep in my room tonight.
Thor and Lilly are cuddling on her blanket right now.

I've said she's nice and friendly, but she's got quite a loud bark, and whenever someone comes into the house she's never met she will bark. im scared that I'm gonna start too have friends not wanna come over, as some have already said it.
I would work on training your dog not to bark at strangers coming into the house. Here's a training video...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bpzvqN9JNUA
You can also train a quite cue. It might make your friends feel better to see that you have her barking under control.
If you're friends are really fearful you could always put Ruby away when they come over. Help educate them about dogs in general and GSD in particular as they will allow, but don't force them to interact with Ruby if they are fearful.

The pit bull, Tommy, is about a year old now.
My two ACDs are extremely aggressive towards Tommy and have attacked, causing him to bleed several times in several places.
He is a very sweet and loving dog and I don't see why they do this.
He mostly ignores them, except on the uncommon occasion when he wants to play.
Nothing happens when he wants to play, it's only when he's standing off to the side and my mom just got home/is leaving.
I don't know what to do. They can't keep hurting him like this because he doesn't try to fight back. At all.
What should I do?
