Opinions on JJs weight? We've been working really hard whenever is not raining ^-^

I think she looks quite fit! How old is she and how much exactly does she weigh?

8 months on the 21st, and around 44 lbs. I haven't weighed her in a while cause she's a pain in the butt and always has to wiggle, lol.

yeah, she was a fat little puppy and I didn't start trying to get her to lose weight till recently cause I thought she wasn't

Yep, this is an almost ideal weight for your pup, if she just lost probably a little more, it would be perfect for her size, age and breed.

She looks perfectly healthy for her age (im guessing around a year or 9 months atleast) is she an american staffy? Sorry if im wrong, she looks like a cross. Shes adorable btw

She's looking good! I like to see more tuck on my dogs and muscle but your JJs lookin more slim. Very nice.

Thank you all! She is an American Staffy mixed with Am Bully. My goal since we started was to get her down to her healthiest weight, and I'm so glad we're getting there <3

I took Jasper to the dog park yesterday and today for a bit. Now that I've moved in into my new apartment with other dogs in the building, I've gotta work with Jasper to behave better around other dogs. He is leash aggressive which becomes a problem when I take him out. He acts up only when he sees people walking other dogs and he will start whining and if we are close enough he will turn and bite me. I don't believe he is actually aggressive toward other dogs and is fine seeing them off leash, just on leash is a problem. At the dog park I'm keeping him away from the gated area with the dogs and kneeling in front of him to calm him (he can see them but can't interact with them). I'm wondering if I do this a lot over time he will start to calm down? I want him to eventually go in and play with the other dogs but right now that seems too risky. He won't take treats, he doesn't care for them when out of the apartment so the only thing I can do is pet him to calm him down.
