What about a playpen, also called exercise pen? [url] They have ones with covers, ones that are soft and collapsible, etc. You could also put her in a dog safe room via a closed door or baby gate. I'm sure there are also smaller size kennels that could be put up indoors.
I would recommend getting her a harness and not walking her with a leash attached to her collar. http://dogmantics.com/is-it-harmful-to-attach-a-leash-to-your-dogs-neck-2/
Also get her a harness for the car. There are many on the market but be careful as many are not crash tested and when they were, failed. Sleepypod harness are crash tested and passed, there may be others I'm not familiar with.
Don't forget dental care, start training your dog to accept having her teeth brushed while she's still young.
Thanks for all of the advice/suggestions
She's definitely going to be spoiled, and she will have lots and lots of toys. Oreo goes through toys rather quickly, and he has a ton of them. I've actually wondered before if there is a maximum amount of toys a dog should have, haha. I am a bit worried that he will act possessive of his toys, and unfortunately his fluffy long white tail is going to be really attractive to the puppy. We will most likely have to take it slowly introducing them, since he is a bit reserved around other dogs that he doesn't know.
As for kennels, when Oreo was a puppy we used a playpen (and still use it sometimes, including when he is required to not be running free, such as in a hotel.) and it worked, and still works for him. He's only 20 pounds however, and I'm positive that his playpen would not keep in a BC. I'll be sure to look into some of them with covered tops though.
We tried using a harness when Oreo was younger, but he really didn't like it so we switched to leash and collar. I'm thinking that it may have been the type of harness though. I would love to use a harness on my puppy, (and maybe Oreo if we could find a kind he liked), but would having a harness and leash instead of collar and leash be allowed during obedience and other competitions? If it's not, I think it would be pretty difficult for training her if I'm only occasionally using a collar and leash, though maybe I'm just paranoid.
