But its like if I "might" have the chicken pox there is no need to put chemicals in my body when I dont need it.

yes i did and they said everything looked good, the ph levels were they were suppose to be and everything was healthy

Go and get the numbers. A lot of the time pet stores will lie to you about it. If you dont have the numbers of them I cant help you or your fish.

alright... i'll get it tested.... again.

the thing is, they tested the water right in front of me, it was the manager of the fish department who did it too, they showed me the color code on how they tested it

He has one split toward the bottom of his tail, it may be the beginning stages or something for him...

If you dont have to if you dont want to. But it does not make sense that your betta is sick with something that is caused by poor water quality and they say that everything is ok. :/
Ask for a drop test. You need the results of.

I think it is possible from facebook. As long as your photos are public. Photobucket is free to use.
