hey looks good but just letting you know if you bury those types of plants roots in the substrate they can rot

You can bury the roots, just not the rhizome. The rhizome is the thing that the roots are connected to.



I was told the rhizome was the root/s and the other stringy bits are just things it grows to attach its self to stuff like little legs I could be wrong though lol

Does anyone have good suggestions on plants I can put in my tank? Pictures would be great. My java moss is dieing, so I need new plants. :) thanks.

what sort of lighting do you have for the tank?

On the ten gallon nothing because it won't work, but on the five gallon I have a 25-60 watt light I believe that stays on most of the day and is turned off at night.

in the 10G you could put plants that are ok under low light like java fern, nana and anubias

the 5g you could put pretty much whatever

My comet (Orenji) is doing tons better since I added new water. I think he was just stressed from the move.

i did her a favor cutting bird dave out of her life
nobody really deserves bird dave as a boyfriend or a friend or anything its like getting one of the janky daves from the bargain bin at the dave depot
