And my friend has had a tank full of guppies for quite a while (they just keep making more and more xD) and none of them are all deformed.

When I had a tank full of guppies, they got inbred. They had bent spines, and they would be ridiculously aggressive to other fish. They literally killed a cory, and had eaten half of another one over one night. It was like the Hills Have Eyes in my fishtank.
my sig has been godawful ever since i got an account and im finally gettin around to prettyin it up so plz deal with it for a lil longer ty ur a peach

My mother has passed away, and I won't be as active for awhile. Sorry to everybody who needs me, just send me a PM.

I'd really like some help.

I've got a 10 gallon tank, has a filter and heater.

I've got two balloon mollies in there.

I was wondering which combination would work better. (I have a betta but no neon tetras)

2 balloon mollies and some neon tetras

or

get a couple more balloon mollies

or

put my betta in with the 2 balloon mollies. (This of course would be done in the morning and on a free day to watch them the whole day and make sure it's alright.)

Will do.

it just needs time, I think i should put more plants in and one of the balloon mollies is pretty young and I think he/she needs time to grow up more.

sound like a good plan?

plants and things for the fish to hide in are good, your mollies could even end up fin nipping the betta as apparently they can be nippy

I've read about that. The older balloon molly of mine is a rather nippy fish, just she leaves the younger one alone even if she/he keeps following her.

So I added some smooth stones in my tank and I got to playing around with them. I took my stick bubblier and stuck it to the "floor" of the tank and added the stones in front of it so it looks like the bubbles are coming from under the rock. While I was doing this Shiro would not leave me alone!! He kept rubbing up against my hand and noming on it and when I would move my hand away he would follow. Whenever I stick my hand in the tank he comes up and does the same thing every time. I have only seen a fish do this once and it was a betta I had that liked me to rub his fin but not to extent that Shiro likes. I have no idea how people can say fish have no feelings or emotions and just think about eating. Im really attached to this fish and I hope he stays with me along time. <3

Im not to keen on smaller fish since my eyesight is bad. Its easier to see if a bigger fish has something wrong with it than a small one. Plus I like seeing peoples reaction to big goldfish. :p
