By the way, I have a question that I've been wondering for awhile. Why are bettas so popular?

You're so lucky you have tattoo's concept! I'm going to be turning 20 in July and my parents still get to decide if I get one or not! haha! But thats probably because they'll be the one paying for most of it...my dads all for it but my moms not a fan of it...I'm hoping I can save up enough before my birthday so that my dad will pay for half and I'll just pay for the other half!
And your tank looks awesome! Is that a fake alligator skull in the tank?! I love the bamboo in my tank! It sticks out over the edge of the tank and I think its awesome!

Lil'Tiger: I think bettas are so popular, like the others said, because of their amazing variety of colors. And the fact that everyone thinks they can go in small desk aquariums (I've seen some that aren't even a gallon...its just not right!). But I also think its cause most bettas have amazing personalities that you just can't help but fall in love with!

I wouldn't call what some people think is a suitable home for a betta an aquarium, more like a bowl with a splash of water

Guys what is your favorite kind of goldfish?
I think my koi pond is it small for koi's so I was thinking of getting goldfish. What do you think?

Thanks again ^^. I thought it was the colors, and the fact the live to be ten years old (That's what I've heard) .

I like just the black goldfish :3 The calico goldfish are ok I guess.

Thanks for the comments on the tank, guys! XD The gravel is a mix of pink and purple that my mom picked out, and yeah! The fake alligator skull I found for cheap at my local wal-mart o.o I was kinda surprised it was less than 10 dollars, considering. I was also surprised at just how good the tank looked once I put it all together XDD I may be an artist but my design sense can be pretty faulty sometimes, so I never trust it.

@FerretLover: Tattoos are expensive but I find them worth it so long as you only get a tattoo that means something to you XD Otherwise you'll regret it! All of mine I designed myself, which in the end I think means more anyhow.

@Passion for Horses: I hate to sound like a dummy but is Koi a type of goldfish? XD If so, those are my favorite, because they're just so intelligent I can't help but love them.

Lil'Tiger: Betta's don't live to be ten years but they can live for around 1-3 years if taken care of properly.

Concept: Yeah I knew I was going to make sure the tattoos meant a lot to me. Those two are really the only two I plan on getting as of right now.
