I think leafy seadragons are one of- if not the most beautiful animal out there. Of course, I haven't seen them all so I can't give a definite answer!

I personally think horses are the most beautiful. I might be biased though, I have some of my own ^^

Honestly, for me, it would be jellyfish.
(wARNING: really long rant about how cool jellyfish are incoming)
Jellyfish have a really weird and kinda mysterious beauty to me. They're so graceful and mesmerizing to watch, and it's actually kinda calming. Not to mention the ones with colorful lights on their bodies and long, flowing tentacles. I don't even know how to explain how incredible these creatures are— heck, one species of jellyfish can revert back to its baby stage over and over, causing it to literally be immortal.
also, jellyfish dont even have brains or hearts but are still living animals. Which is totally rad.
