Thanks, everyone!

I've been wondering, how do I get a puppy to calm down and get sleepy when I can't take them outside yet? It's kind of hard when I'm trying to take a nap after being super tired and the puppy jumps up onto me wanting to play around.

My life has been super busy so I have not been on here recently. On friday I drove back to my parents house because I am dropping Addy off with them for a week for her to get spayed. All the vet clinics in my area charge an arm and a leg, so driving 4 hours to take her somewhere that won't charge a lot worked out better. So Addy will be getting spayed on Wednesday and then I will meet my parents up to pick her up on either Friday or Saturday.
On my way back home I found two very young puppies. They were on the shoulder of a long highway that is literally in the middle of no where. Nothing in site for at least an hour and a half. Poor babies were covered in ticks and couldn't be older than 5 weeks old. Someone had to have dumped them there recently. I am so lucky I found them because who knows what could've happened to them. They were super cute and my parents would have loved taking them in, but they have two older dogs that would not have liked it. So instead I took them to a local no kill shelter and they should be going into a foster home. I will be keeping updated on the two of them, I really want to know they find good families and are okay.

Besides that everything is going fairly well. I have been irritated with all of the idiots who keep telling me that my dogs are underweight when actually they are perfectly fit. It is that their dog is extremely overweight. On top of that, all the idiots who think their aggressive dog is being cute when they are snapping, growling or trying to be dominant to my dogs. It has gotten out of control and I will admit I lost my cool yesterday with this one lady.

I will be getting out of school mid-may and then coming back to my home town to work with a groomer and a dog day care. I am super excited for both of those jobs and I can't wait to start.

I will try and get some pictures up some time this week. I would love to show you guys the puppies I found and also give some update Izzy and Addy pictures.

Since I posted new pictures of the other two might as well post Annie! She got to go to the dog park the other day and had a lot of fun. The other dogs were kinda rude, so for the most part she just hung out around me and got cuddles. Towards the end I even got her to play some fetch!

DOS- Thank you! Kes is a lot of fun to photograph, I've got some goofy ones I'll post when I have time.

Winter love- thank you! That's actually Chewie though. Kaiser is Kestrel's litter mate that Fascai owns. Chewie is my four year old boy. He's kinda got a puppy face though lol

How long do you play with him? Training? These will help to tire him out.

I usually play with him for 30 minutes or so since that's what the vet says is best. Should I play with him for longer?

I'd definitely say that, unless he has a medical issue that prevents this otherwise, play with him until he's tired. Most puppies have boundless energy and won't stop moving until you've run out that energy!

I'd also consider some puzzle toys and chewys.

Thanks for answering! I'll take the puzzle toys stuff into consideration. As for the play with him until he's tired thing, I do that all the time but for a puppy who could probably last 2 hours playing, it's kind of hard.
